Sandesh Khule

Sandesh Khule’s aesthetic demonstrates a more liberal sense of rhythm instead of rigid rectilinear geometry, his forms undulate with a master’s control & the patterning of black & white forms & lines thickly rendered, which takes an idiosyncratic course to produce a piece of two dimensional art that conveys powerful movement. Symbolic imagery rendered like itching or engraving has become a major component of his art making. There is utter sophistication & economy of colour & forms. The atypical expression of infinity, spiritual concept gives a strong contemporary feel to the work while making it interesting & original that will undoubtedly captivate the eye of the beholder. Looking back at the initial period of his career, he started out as a portraitist which obviously could not hold him any longer. The popularity of his work led to shows in India & abroad, & he continues to inspire the interest of galleries & collectors from around the world.
